in the chronological story of my life, this post should have gone before the last... i guess thats the problem with back tracking :Pthis was one of the coolest lawns i've ever seen. we went to it as a part of a field trip for my applied field studies class. kudos for figuring out ways to have an awesome garden that doesnt require pesticides, fertilizer, watering, or mowing, and for keeping those prickly pears alive and happy!
